Exposure

Get sandbox access with integration scenarios already defined and accessible via swagger.

Discovery

Kick off - show and tell session lead by Ipsos Product team to review the integration steps, API methods etc.
Additional questions can be covered via email / Slack, with Product Team providing guidance on integration and prioritization of features to be developed as part of the integration.

Integration proposal

Once technical part of the integration is clear, an integration roadmap with prioritized features to be reviewed with both teams. This is needed to align on expectations for go live, have a process for each phase of the integration, etc

Timings

Associate some timings with development phases and a close-to-accurate date for the initial phase go live.
