Multi-target studies means that there are more than 1 subsample for the same country inside the same event.

Subsamples inside the same event - respondent selection

A respondent should be selected only for one of the subsamples in the same event, because if he completes the survey being selected for one subsample he won't be able to access the survey as part of te second subsample.

This is to ensure that a respndent is not counted twice as a complete in the survey data delivered to clients.
